organizes a lesson of this discipline by

the Monumental Garden of Valsanzibio - old horses’ jumping ground.

The Nordic Walking Smile – Passi Amici instructors will be present

for a practical encounter open to whoever would like to try this

sport discipline in the wonderful surrounding of the Valsanzibio’s Garden.

Admission ticket 20 €

(10€ for visiting the garden – 10€ for participating to the Nordic Walking activity)

Sunday May 17th, the monumental garden of Valsanzibio will be regularly open to the visits and will also host the “Rococò Garden Picnic”, a meeting in vintage ancient 18th century costume promoted by the Antico Atelier (www.anticoatelier.com). Everybody can participate to this event with no extra cost besides purchasing the garden admittance ticket (€ 10,00 per person), but to attend the ‘vintage’ pic-nic you need to have precise ‘historical‘ requisites. THE MONUMENTAL GARDEN OF VALSANZIBIO WILL BE REGULARLY OPEN SATURDAY THE 28TH OF FEBRUARY 2015

The monumental garden of Valsanzibio will open regularly Saturday the 28th of February 2015 with the following hours: working days and Saturday, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-Sun Down (initially 17:30/18:00); Sunday and Holidays non-stop, from 10:00-Sun Down (initially 17:30/18:00).

The monumental garden of Valsanzibio will be regularly open until the 8th of December 2014 with the following hours: 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:30/17:00 every day (Sunday and Holidays, such as the 8th of December, from 10:00-16:30/17:00 non-stop). From the 9th of December 2014 until the regular reopening day of Saturday 28th of February 2015, the monumental garden will be open to visits only by reservation (clik here to know more about the winter period visits).

BY CLICKING HERE, you can do a virtual Tour of one part of the garden…unfortunately, the ‘Google Street Map’ vehicle was able to film only the main boulevards, the Cardo or Main Boulevard, the Decumano or Fisheries Boulevard and the Rainbow fountain Boulevard…the Labyrinth, the Eremite Grotto, the Rabbit Island, the Monumental Statue of the Time and much more were left out, but they can be admired in photos or live by coming to visit us…have a good virtual tour and a great autumn!

VISITS TO THE MONUMENTAL GARDEN IN DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY

This winter the monumental garden can be visited also in the regularly closed months (December, January and February), but only escorted by a guide and with a reservation (info@valsanzibiogiardino.it).  The minimum fare to visit the garden during the usual closed months is of 150,00 €.  This price include the admittance tickets for 10 persons (adults and/or children) and a guide at the visitors’ disposal for the entire visit to the historic garden (the guided tour last about 80 minutes and the guide is put at the tourists’ disposal for about 90 minutes).  In this winter months the Tourists will not be allowed to visit the garden on their own, but only together with their personal guide and, at the end of the 90/100 minutes, they will be escorted to the exit of the garden.  In case of group larger than 10 people up to a maximum of 60 persons, the fare for the guided tour will increase proportionally with the number of the participants taking part to the visit (8,00 € for every adults and 6,00 € for every child over the 10 persons included in the minimum fare).
